What are the guiding intentions for our internal projects?

WE BELIEVE that data exists to provide actionable information; if it doesn’t, then we don’t need it. This means:

  • Minimal data collection: We ask users for and store only the information that is necessary for the service we are providing.

  • Data access: We give users access to their personal data, and allow them to easily and fully delete it from our records.

  • Data sales: We do not sell user data to third parties.

Only Necessary Data

WE OFFER and request, for all of our services, a sacred, collective agreement with every cocreator (team member, contractor, consultant, investor, partner) and receiver (user, consumer, client, subscriber, vendor) who engages with us. This agreement is founded on these tenets:

  • We are each a powerful, responsible, and accountable collaborator in the evolution of life and consciousness on Earth.

  • All interactions with ILYT and its services contribute to:

    • Fostering healthy interconnection, harmony, and balance among all beings

    • Supporting the alignment of what we each and all create to be the most aware, compassionate, and loving expressions we are capable of.

Conscious Agreements

Champion Access

WE STRIVE FOR comprehensive accessibility for all users. This means that:

  • We choose coding languages and software solutions that are as widely accessible as we can make them. Whatever your chosen device and its operating system, we want there to be a way for you to access what we offer.

  • We are committed to evolving access to our services in all of the ways that we can successfully and scalably support.

  • We continue to provide the type of service that users came to us for. Any modifications of what we offer will be done to improve and expand that service, and to maintain compatibility with evolving technologies and resources.

  • We will consider all community-member feedback in how we improve our services. We want to hear from you.

  • We love exploring new collaborations that can expand our existing access options.

  • When facing accessibility changes on projects, we ask our teams:

    • What is the simplest solution? (Interactively for users, and functionally for us to provide.)

    • What is the most effective solution? (Evaluated through a combination of professional expertise and user feedback.)

    • What is the most accessible solution? (For commonly used interfaces as well as those tailored to additional needs such as neurodivergence and physical limitations.)

Honor resources

WE SUPPORT our projects through :

  • Choosing responsible and accountable vendors and investors for the resources we need to provide each service.

  • Receiving payments from the people who use each service. We don’t pretend it’s free and then make users pay through:

    • Unwanted advertising

    • Selling their personal data

    • Draining their creative time through insufficient search filters or gratuitous results

    • Pretending to serve their needs when actually manipulating them for profit

We care deeply about you, all beings, and the Earth.
