FOR ME (Founder Dawn Revett), success as a business leader comes from compassionately stewarding the needs of group work environments in which members can harmonically share their expertise as part of a collective goal. Leadership in this context is an evolving agreement among us, where I caretake both the thriving of the project and the individuals who are creating it.
I know that the health of the space in which a thing is made and the wellness of everyone involved affects that thing. This is why I want each of ILYT’s projects to be a deeply nourished and nourishing garden, and everything within it to be grown with soil and seeds that are attentively cared for through every stage of becoming.
